The To-Do Clarity tool is a guide which weights multiple factors to help you decide a task's priority. Of course, it's not fool proof, so if something doesn't feel right, try it again or overrule the output.
Here's a rough guide to help you decide on urgency:
- 0-50 - Maybe leave it for now βοΈ
- 50-70 - Not so urgent π₯
- 70-85 - Urgent π₯π₯
- 85-100 - Top of the to-do list! π₯π₯π₯
